Abstract
|

|
We treated a psychotic reaction following marijuana use.
The premorbid personality was passive, nonproductive, idle and weak ego.
The symptoms were taked unfamiliar setting and unaccepted part of the social scene. The real nature of the symptoms was acute anxiety state with paranoid symptom. The autonomic symptom was tachycardia.
There was no relation to the legal problem and the marijuana use.
There was more effect by supportive psychotherapy and antianxioty drug than anti-psychotics.
